Man goes into an Indian restaurant and orders a Chicken Tarka.

The waiter says "I'm sorry sir - I've never heard of that - d'you mean a Chicken Tikka?"

The man says "No, I want a Chicken Tarka. It's like a Chicken Tikka but a little 'otter"
