This property has now ceased trading. The Owner Nicolas Oldham a Solicitor (Tel 07501727639) was informed by North Yorkshire Fire Service that the cottage needed remedial work before it could trade as a Commercial Business. The owner continued to allow the cottage to be used. This only stopped when NYFS threatened him with Legal Proceedings. Any issues on this matter should be referred to NYFS.
