    An informative discussion

Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"

Hi Caving friends

Just a quick 'heads up' on a vacancy here at SpanSet.

Due to the continued expansion of our busy Training Department, we've just published a job vacancy on our website for IRATA Rope Access / Work at Height & Rescue Instructor.
This would suit an IRATA L3 with a genuine interest in Training who is looking to move off the ropes and onto the next chapter in their career.
The full job description and details on how to apply are available on our website - https://www.spanset.com/uk-en/section/jobs

Not for you-  but know someone who may be interested?  Please pass this on and ask them to get in touch.

Here's the link again  https://www.spanset.com/uk-en/section/jobs

All the best

About a year and a half ago I went and did my IRATA 1 at Spanset off the back of a competition on UKC. After that I started working for them as a freelance trainer. They have amazing facilities and are a really nice bunch of folk, I really enjoy my work there.
