Thanks Mike - that tells me most of what I wanted to know.

Graham Stevens in particular produced some cracking surveys.

Although I discovered after I posted that it is already on cavemaps...

But not available at a reasonable size (presumably because the OUCC haven't given Cavemapper permission).
