What are the "submarine caves" in Devon?
Are these like blue hole resurgences?

Submarine caves in Devon sounds like the stuff we explored around Berry Head and Hope's Nose and probably is. I have yet to have reliable evidence of a submarine resurgence of any size in Devon. There are springs below tidal level around Torquay though.
