Nitecore have released a caving light: https://www.nitecore.co.uk/Shop/Torches/Head-Torches/13612-Nitecore-HC70.html Well, at least that's what they've branded it as. Power pack looks interesting, with multiple outlets.  Wonder how mud-proof it is?
