Does anyone know the following through cave (shortest route) traverse distances?

Top sink to Lancaster Hole
OFD Top entrance to OFD1 (non-diving thru trip)
Daren Cilau to Pwll y cwm (incl sump)
Gaping Ghyll to Ingleborough cave (incl. sumps)

Daren Cilau to Pwll y cwm (incl sump)

4 km (4008 m - according to my adding up of the survey legs) & the last 650 m are underwater.  Vertical range 202 m (Daren Entrance to elbow of Terminal Sump).  Takes 4 hours.
