I cannot see a way to add an attachment to a PM return via ukC, is there a way of doing this or do we have to ask for the recipients "proper" e-mail address? (or am I just being dumb?)

Just get it uploaded somewhere, (eg:- the DCA web site), and insert a hyperlink to it like this:-

http://www.thedca.org.uk/images/docs/EldonHillQuarryAccess.pdf

or if it's an image like this:-

You can also insert an email adress...
