This relates to the ladder at the top of a very loose slope of rocks on the climb up/ SRT route above to skipway.

Following a recent incident, it is felt that there is a need to warn explorers using this route to approach the ladder at the top of a very loose slope of rocks by taking a diversion through the adjacent chamber and approaching the ladder from behind.

It should be noted that great care should be taken when groups explore any of the higher workings as loose rocks are very prevalent.
