Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"

Looks more like the washing out of loose rock (Permian breccias) and soil from behind the seawall rather than a natural karstic cave. The site is not on limestone. Still, an interesting one for the geotechnical engineers...
