About 15 years ago I obtained several pairs of "Tivo" black PVC wellies, as these have quite a slender profile which fits into the foot pockets of Jetfins. My last pair is about to fall to bits and I'd really like to get some more of this type of welly.

Does anyone know where they grow? (Preferably in the north of England but any suggestions would be welcome!)
