Hi, looking to get a bit of gear to keep me going, the cheaper the better... Has anybody got the following?

Petzl Stop, Petzl Hand Jammer, Petzl Croll, sit harness and chesty of any type (comfy please!) and a central 'D' shaped mallion?

Although you're wanting cheap/2nd hand if you wanted to buy new stuff for cheap, try caving supplies. They've got some deals on 'standard' kit 

Careful when buying second hand stuff,metal gear isnt so bad as you can visually inspect the piece for damage however textiles such as slings, harnesses and ropes are a lot more difficult. My harnesses are subject to acidic mine water constantly however are washed immediately afterwards.
At the end of the day its your life on the line, go for a new harness, starless river sell them from around ?35. Is ?20 really worth your life?

Brand new Croll on eBay for ?35 buy it now (not mine). You'll see that for a used one some times!
