There are places available on a level 1 LCMLA training course on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th May.  Although this course is intended for cave leaders it is an excellent foundation course for anyone new to caving.  The cost is ?120.  Local caving club accommodation can be arranged if necessary (?5 per night).
