Hi Folks Really struggling to get hold of a copy. Does anyone have a copy to sell. The only one i've been able to find is from the NSS which is ?30 including shipping. I'm planning on going for this but i thought i'd try here first. 

Does anybody know how to get the brown tinge out of your clothes after you have been caving? Most powders ive tried just dont work Cheers
