I probably carry around 23g of mud and water soaked into oversuit for every biner I have to carry. Weight rarely enters my thoughts when selecting kit.
What kind of manoeuvring where you doing to get that to happen? Accidentally managing to slide, twist and flick as well as undo from a harness loop is some feat 😅

I feel like it’s worth saying the spoc is 92% efficient and the micro traxion is 91%. I wouldn’t be making decisions based upon that efficiency difference

As an alternative to get to a similar area, I’m a member of Lancashire climbing and caving club, who have a hut just near Torver (just off the walna scar road), that is cheaper than 15 quid a head as a BCA member (don’t know exact amounts)
