Miss Bowden who caved as a friend of the Payne family married prominent YRC caver Ralph Stobart. She (and their child?) died in the influenza epidemic 1918.
Def. Dorothy Pilley who caved in 1919- didn't feel the love for caves that she found in climbing (see YRC journal Vol 4 no.14 1921) Also...
Not my fault but...someone picked up my wellies from the changing room (that pair you know you can wear for days and won't suffer and had been in lots of caves with you) and left a pair that were too tight and too short. Still moan about it :ROFLMAO:

I'm leaning towards late 80s probably start of the 90s but I only went to two maybe three at UMIST.
