Congratulations to Vern Unsworth on the US court ruling crushing Elon Musk's attempt to have the libel suit for his vile smears thrown out.

I hope he has the grace to concede gracefully with a very large settlement, but if he doesn't, the whole caving world and many beyond it will be cheering Vern on in court. Entitled, arrogant billionaires sometimes deserve their comeuppance.
