I found a Casio watch in the mud by the sump in GB yesterday. It's now in lost property at Upper Pitts.

A single knee pad was found on Bullpot Farm lane yesterday evening. It is in lost property at the Farm if it belongs to you.

I did this course in September and found it very useful. Nicky was a brilliant instructor and really made you think about how you would adapt your standard first aid training and techniques to a caving environment.

They sound fantastic LadyMud. I'll be giving them a go!

We found a hat on a ledge in Lost Johns yesterday if anyone is missing one

When we were down Manor Farm Swallet at the weekend we had a slight boulder surfing moment in the main passage way just below September Rift.  The stream had washed the smaller rocks and mud from under a larger one which gave way when stood on.  It seemed OK on the way out but a bit of caution...

Worn once outdoors but they are a little too big. Almost perfect condition - still with box. ?40 (extra for postage) or free collection from Kendal
