I'm glad I wasn't the only one who ended up damaging the outside of their hips, I I don't remember doing anything that should have bruised there?? Congrats though,  and massive hats off to Rowan, I wouldn't fancy it without a wetsuit

The one closest to the Oxlow side was sumped when we were there, although I believe that's not always the case. They're not really too squeezey underwater though.
