    Makes you think. Fungi with their networks of hyphae and chemical messaging do have some affinities with animal nervous systems. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1878614621000246 I suppose if you stick to the fruiting bodies and single cell yeasts, you are ok though.

    I think the probem (at the moment) is that insurance cover for the rescue teams doesn't kick in unless they've been mobilised via the police.

    Why would you have a kiln up there where there is so much more limestone further down - and easier fuel sources. Unless they were using thin beds of coal from the Main Limestone (which occur in some areas - although maybe not this) An intriguing mystery nevertheless.

    It is Black Rock Sands Sea Cave(s). If Graigwen's beach is in North Wales, it'll be that - I'm not aware of any other North Wales beach you can go zooming round by car. So any of you two can have it.
