    Porth yr Ogof

    Is anyone doing any work in Porth at the moment? Looking to go in the top entrance to the upper series and the down to the raw bolt and out. Are lines still in? Do you need anything taken in ?

    Brendon hill iron mines

    Quick trip down to the iron mines. Railway is clear and easy to find. Gupworthy-Bakers pit looks like it?s been filled in but the air shaft in the other field was open and taking water. Will do a full survey of what is left over the next few months.

    Wookey

    Virtually no vis in wookey today. Down to 2cm in most places. Rapid water flow so significant effort needed to go to 20. Out is ok until you are pushed into a rock. A lost line in these conditions would be interesting? :(

    Apex XTX40/DS4

    Hi, Does anyone have any experience of the Apeks XTX40/DS4 regulator in a cave ( muddy sump) diving environment? Need to use with pure oxygen and this has been recommended???? Also posted on CDG web site
