Caver post: Whitewalls to Yorkshire Dales/York

Unfortunately I left my undersuit behind hanging up on the coat hangers at Whitewalls last weekend. If anybody happens to be making the trip from Whitewalls to the Yorkshire Dales (or York) and could drop it off at a caving hut I would be immensely grateful. I have resigned myself to buying a new one but it would be nice to get it back at some point if possible! It is a black AV undersuit and my initials LDB are written on the label (on the back I think).

The CDG training camp is at Whitewalls in a couple of weeks and there are some northern cavers attending, so if you don't get a better offer, I'm sure someone can fetch it back north for you then.

. . . and if it can be dropped off at Greenclose (just outside Clapham) there are plenty of York based NPC members who could get it to York for you.

Hi Pete. If anybody from northern CDG could collect my undersuit this weekend that would be fantastic. If not I have the possibility of somebody collecting it the weekend after.

Laura, if you need an undersuit for the YCC Derbyshire trip this weekend, I can take a look on Friday night at the hut and try and rustle something up. Might not be an all singing/dancing undersuit but better than nout.

@Laura and @me my mistake, apologies, I had you in my weekend ledgers. I might do a return trip to NCC shafts just for nostalgia, hadn't realised you weren’t in our bookings cal.

Last weekends holiday 😁 all the way to the Orpheus 🤣 must have thrown me out.
