Jingling Caves and Little Ones

Thinking of taking my nine year old caving.  A chap in Inglesport mentioned these caves close to Jingling Pot as an interesting link through to the Rowten caves.  We've done the Rowten Caves to emerge in Rowten Pot, but has anybody ever been in Jingling Caves and are they worth a look??  NC3 describes a damp 3m climb but doesn't give much info.  I know the Rowten caves give a pleasant day out for kids combined with Valley Entrance and Yordas. :)

Yes Jingling cave is a nice little trip.

I don't recall the climb up the waterfall being too tricky, as long as the water level is suitable. The final exit has a bit of crawling (with flood debris in the roof), but there was an option to exit a little earlier I think

Yep, pleasant outing doing Jingling and Rowten.

As for the climb, couple of metres from what I recall, wasn't a bad climb IMO - 9 year old would probably do better than me  seriously though it depends on your kids ability on such things/how you feel about it when you see it as to whether you rope them or not.

Did them eons ago.  Remember them as pleasant but be careful not to fall down Rowten Pot!  Multiple entrances too so plenty of opportunities to bale out if the little ones become wet and fractious.
