My journey to Wieliczka

Hi all, I'm a miner, currently in Poland. I want to tell you about how I came to Kaplicka (salt caves, Unesco heritage) to be inspired by this beautiful place. Poland is a very new and unknown country to me, as I'm an English speaking person I wanted to have a comfortable flight to Krakow airport (no matter who says what, not all Poles know English very well). I used the international airport Krakow transfer service and had a comfortable ride to my hotel. That same day I went to those salt caves. The ticket was inexpensive, I booked an English-speaking guide and we started walking in. There were 3 levels of depth, the most recent being 135 metres. The sight was just spectacular, unrealistically beautiful and useful to take in the salt. We saw a Paleolithic world, many cultural statues and a beautiful lake. Next, there was a huge hall (for some reason the association with Satan's ball). Generally speaking, the halls of the mine host services, conferences, symphonic concerts and even weddings. The mine also offers recreational activities: sleeping in specially equipped rooms at a depth of 135 metres below the ground, where you can even give your respiratory system a full-blown cure. I liked it very much, I recommend it to everyone!

It is very impressive, went around Christmas time 1999, doesn't look to have changed any.
Maybe just more visitors these days.
It is well worth a visit.
