The Turkey

My understanding is that Turkey Pool, Streamway, Sump, etc, in Agen Allwedd were named after a formation that looked like a turkey. This formation subsequently disappeared.
Is this true? Where exactly was it? What did happen to it? Are there any photographs of it?
Perhaps this topic should appear under lost & found.

I've seen a photo of it, but cannot remember where. It's been gone for forty years or more, I believe.
