using hilti caps

:roll: I would appreciate as much advice as possible on the use of hilti caps for digging.
Things such as which colour caps to use (I have both red and black).
How deep do you drill the 8mm shotholes.
what precautions should be watched out for.
what techniques have been found to be the most succesful.
etc, etc.
