Is uk caving time is an hour behind for any particular reason? the post Ive just replied to about ebay appears to have been posted at 6.09 am it makes me look like some one who cant sleep and gets straight into computer mode on waking, ok so I get up an hour later and get into computer mode, but its the only peace I get before the dogs wake up and the phone starts ringing,

Check the "Time zone" setting is correct in your user Profile. If in the UK, it should be "GMT +1" at the moment.
