Where's good for 30 people to eat & sleep in Yorkshire D

I have an annual dinner meet to organise for about 30 people (past and present) of our club. We have one every year and it basically involves us going out for a meal and passing over the new committee. So...

Where is a good place to take a big group of people to, in the Yorkshire Dales??

Requirements...

* Can't be overly expensive (majority of us are students!)
* Must have some sort of accommodation nearby - some alright stuff for the oldies but a field will do for us students
* Would be good if they were lenient on the whole chucking us out at 11 o'clock thing!

It's alright searching the net and phoning up a load of places but you never know what they'll like so I'd prefer to go with a recommended place.

Many thanks in advance

30 is quite a lot of people, but it must have been done before - anyone got any recommendations from club meets or similar?

We did ours last year at the Hill Inn, staying at Southercsales. The cottage is immense and comfy, and the Hill Inn excellent for food. Think we had the best part of 30?

Good idea but we use the Souther Scales cottage for our christmas party so would ideally like somewhere different.
Hill Inn's an idea though.
Cheers.

Dalesbridge has a bar and function room.

In the past I have always made a bee-line for there when in Yorkshire. I've tried all three types of accommodation, tent, bunk hut and B&B and can recommend them all.

But I've not had the pleasure of sampling the bar for a couple of years. :(

FWIW me and a group from my Club stayed there a few weeks ago as our usual choices of accomodation was all fully-booked. You have to pay for 4-bed or 6-bed rooms as £40 or £60 per night which works out at £10 each IF you can fill the room.

Hmm... I think that the prices have increased a little lately. But it is clean and warm. My wife will even stay in the bunk huts, whereas normally she will refuse to even sit down in caving cottages (even clean, modern ones like the Cerberus cottage)! We used the camping facilities last Easter as a family and found the heated floors of the toilet/shower rooms to be wonderful after a cold, wet day walking.
