How about keeping the title as Yorkshire but changing the subtitle bit to say including Lancashire, Cumbria and the North West of England - or something along those lines - that way everyone is kept happy!

Isn't that a bit like "England .. including Scotland and Wales"? :wink:

Well, maybe in some ways.. But at least saying including they get a mention - better than saying just England but meaning the areas covered by Scotland and Wales too! (you could be shot for such an offence over the borders for that! )

At the end of the day Yorkshire has the biggest number of caves/pots when compared to Lancashire or Cumbria so Yorkshire is a more accurate term that everyone is familiar with to cover the area and Lancashire/Cumbria are additional - even though theres some fine caving to be had in those counties! :?

Surely it would be far too embarassing to admit to caving in Lancashire or Cumbria.

Aren't those counties only there so Yorkshire has somewhere to send it's convicts, now they won't let us use Oz any more?

I wouldn't split it up further, but renaming to "Dales" and "Peaks" might be more appropriate.

Also, what about having a "Mine Exploration" page, or would that be too off-topic. Many cavers do a bit of both...
