can someone please recommend somewhere to explore that has re-belay's, and a sporting route, Mud, water, wriggly crawls and squeezes,  ect..  :bounce:
 
I'd highly recommend joining a local club to pick up good advice on suitable trips (and borrow ropes etc.).

If not look at the area guidebooks - it's all in there and money well spent. There are loads of caves that fit your criteria.
 
Try P8 in Derbyshire / Peak, or Sell Gill in the Dales - not so familiar with Welsh venues...
