Planning on a trip to the Frenche-Comte area in July 2019.  I have read previous posts and there is a lot of great advice with regards potential trips, but very little info with regards access permits.  We are very keen to do the  through trip of the Reseau du Verneau entering at Gouffre du Bief Bousset and exiting at the Grotte Baudin.  From what I have read a permit is required, but I cannot find any info on where to apply for the permit.  Grateful for any advice!
