Decent report and thankfully a good outcome. Saw one picture that showed a whopping great Homeland Security wagon????

We are all thankful that Josh is ok. It just goes to show that the dedicated people who give their time to Cave rescue are more valuable than they care to admit.

 Homeland security does disaster response. I think they fund or part fund a lot of the resources for the Cumberland County EMA which was in attendance

Federal Emergency Management Agency is part of their remit.
