Must have been a very interesting lunch with more than a few buckets of Vin de Plonk consumed and some serious cheese to have come up with this.
In the 1950's the French made about 600 of these.  There is even a supremely convenient place to store your rolled up ladders - on the barrel.
And all those geologist types thought Grotte de Bournillon was a natural entrance  :LOL:
Rather handy if you've forgotten the hut or CSCC key, and the odd stal obstruction.  For domestic use I'm not sure if insurers would take to kindly to blowing off your front door with the anti-tank gun attached to your Vespa because you've forgotten your key.  Still there could be a test case....  :coffee:
