A big thank you to the CNCC and all who were involved in helping to remediate some of the damage done to Casterton Fell following the Lancaster Hole incident earlier in January. Only a couple of team members made it along to help (January is a hellish month for team members - besides incidents each weekend so far, as well as members re-qualifying for their casualty care certification).
If you're planning a trip down Lancaster Hole, you can help the fell recover by following the wall side footpath rather than following the damaged track across the fell.
