I thought I'd share this in case it's helpful to people. The author is a nurse so I'm assuming it's accurate. One thing I do know about gloves, from working in a lab, is that you have to work out what you are and aren't going to touch with them (door knobs, car keys, steering wheel etc) and practice putting them on and taking them off without the outside of the gloves touching our skin.
