Bumped into Dave Elliot and a young lady in there with a hammer drill a couple of years ago.  1st (rifty thing) and 2nd were being bolted - not sure about the next as he hadn't got that far when we exited.

Much amusement as the wet suit clad, ladder bearing team passed the rope squad :)

Found it:

The access info for Out Sleets Beck Pot is incorrect (mind you, LOTS of access info is out of date all over the country so this isn't really surprising: what is surprising is that it takes someone from miles away to point it out which, presumably is because either no-one visits the cave or no-one actually bothers to call on the landowner to ask for access or, if they do, they don't tell anyone to update the guidebooks or access info afterwards!... or - and this is most likely - the poor old beleagured Access chappie/chappess is snowed under with stuff to do and has to prioritise their efforts accordingly and will get around to doing so access info updating one day or when the website access info page officer is around and they can have a meeting, a nice cup of tea, a slice of cake each and spend some time poring over a hot keyboard to update the database/scribbled list/scratched slate, whatever). Anyhow, on calling at Manor Farm, Halton Gill (like wot you're told to do) I was informed that they ceased to have ownership of the relevant land YEARS ago and that cavers should call at Pen-y-Ghent House and ask the farmer/landowner there - they were quite happy about granting access and told me where to park etc..).
