Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"
Sad to report that David, better known to his many friends as Felt, has died.
Caver, skier and ocean sailor he has been ill for some time.
There will be no formal service but a wake is being organised.

Felts wake will be an informal affair at the Midway pub on Newbridge Lane, Stockport, SK1 2NX.
3pm to 6pm Tuesday 30th November.
Any friends not already invited are welcome to attend.
