    An informative discussion

Recently there was long thread about the BCA. I can now post possible answers to some of the questions, such as "Why is the BCA still raising membership prices when there is a significant amount still left in its coffers?"

A general question about Photoshop colour settings
I have noticed my pictures can look completely different on various PCs, when viewed on a Mac they looked slightly yellowish and washed out.
Does anyone know the correct color settings to use in the UK, I use a Samsung monitor with Windows operating system.

You need to calibrate the monitor, and even if you do when you show pics on another comuter there monitor might not be. You need to get this right or you can really mess a pic up by trying to correct something that was not actually there in the first place.

Go to you control panel and look for Adobe Gamma, if not google it and download, it sets up your monitor correctly. Well you could also buy a fancy gadget to do it but probably a bit over the top.
