Converting .dxf files to jpegs

Does anyone know of other software to convert dxf files to jpeg (or png or other more commonplace graphic file types)?
I use adobe acrobat but i'm wondering if there's anything that is free etc.
How do other non Therion people deal with the graphic output from pocket topo (eg. To overlay a survex centreline for drawing up).
Thanks

I use these for work.

Free* and very effective. Converting back to .dxf or .dwg sometimes causes scaling issues depending on how the original file was saved, but never had a problem going the other way.  (y)

*edit: it used to be free, but batch size for converts was limited to 3, now it seems it is only free for a trial period of 30 goes. Still not bad though :)

JPEG is a very bad choice for compressing 'line drawn' images. The output will be non-optimum and full of artifacts. You would be much better to use PNG or GIF.
