Everybody told me Shakespeare's was good. For a beginner perhaps provided you don't attempt the sump. Take care walking to the cave as the path follows a precipitous slope and cliff.

There's very little in it that isn't very wet! I would certainly wear a wetsuit although it'll only take a few minutes.
Apart from Clogwyn there isn't anything in the Gorge itself of more than a couple of minutes I would recommend to a novice. You're better off going up the hill a little and going to Eglwys Faen and Ogof Pen Eryr ... much nicer trips.
