Very basic rope work, assisted hoist

I'm looking for some diagrams of very basic rope work and assisted hoist etc used in caving level 1 stuff, can anyone help or direct me to where this information may be.

I think you can find that kind of stuff in Andy Sparrow's Complete Caving book.
Do you mean assisted handline?

When i was doing my cave leader i recall using Youtube and finding some ok videos. worth a look.
