1) The next Council Meeting will be on Tuesday 18th August 2020. at 7.45pm to 9.45 pm. on Zoom. The invitation to the meeting and agenda will follow shortly.
2) As you know, it will not be practical to hold a face to face AGM due to the covid situation but the Executive Committee are working on a plan to replace it with an ?electronic? version. We are currently consulting the IT working group to consider all the essential elements and practicalities. The Executive will brief Council on progress at the meeting on 18th August 2020. We are aim to hold the AGM on the original revised date of 11th October 2020, subject to suitable electronic solution being found.
The Executive have made a decision to stick to the 1st August deadline as posted in the notification on the Website which means that all nominations for positions and proposals will need to be forwarded to the Secretary by that date.
