So Lucy won a pair of cool Bolle sunglasses in a UKC competition ages ago, although come to think of it, I won them but they vanished soon after!. She loved them so much they went everywhere with her, and with this the risk of loosing them increased ................... Yep, she lost them ...

Whilst parking on the lane on Sunday 6th August we were approached by the private security for the quarry stating that there is no permission to access the cave and to park on the road. The lay-bys are now filled with mud and its very difficult to park. Just an FYI Cheer Stu Gardiner

Any advise or recommendations for the best SDS drill available at present for expedition bolting. Humid jungle conditions with limited charging. Plus very aquatic systems. Makita, Dewalt, Bosch and Milwalkee all seem do offer a good range of leight weight 18v versions but some hands on tried...

I have a body only Bosch 24 GBH SDS 'digging' drill (new shape) that is surplus to requirements and causes a trip hazard in the kitchen. It has a charger but the 2x 24v 2.6ah batteries do not work. However the drill works fine as I have tested it with my new batteries. Sensible offers welcome...

This is a post on behalf of my technophobe mate who has managed to loose his STEN light (just the lamp) we think between the entrance to Whitepit and Jrats house via the west Mendip way footpath which runs past the Whitepit depression. I know it's a long shot but if anyone does happen spot it...

Does anyone know where I can get some STEN light connectors (battery to headlight), male and female. I know you can buy them from Excellent Stuff but was wondering if they are readlily available elsewhere. Cheers Stu.
