Never know, may have been joyridden and it'll end up in a ditch. The annoying thing is, I had over 4 chains on the thing + cover and tracker ahah. It is what it is, better to just move on. Enjoy your Sertao That GS range is so nice.Sorry to hear that.
I hope you get it back, but being realistic i doubt you will. Useless scroats will have anything unless you use multiple chains to something solid and cover it in rottweilers. I think there are a couple of BMW GS forums, might be worth posting on those as well if you haven't already.
(Nice bike, I've got a sertao.)
From what I hear they're hit or miss. If you use the tracker within 20 minutes of the bike being missing, you'll likely find it but they're very quick on getting it removed. They'll tear the bike apart. As someone who is considering fitting trackers to my bikes, I'm guessing it hasn't been much use in locating it?
I’ve got a tracker on my S1000XR, but only because it came with one and kept running the battery down trying to pick up a signal….insurance saving against the subscription cost was about £10 my way.As someone who is considering fitting trackers to my bikes, I'm guessing it hasn't been much use in locating it?
