Best Ever Thoughts on Government Policy Making

Hmmm, given how the government has recently been wonderful and consistent with a clear strategy, and no U-turns, and no ambiguity, and no confusion between guidelines and law, and how the councils and police are so up to speed with regulations with the recent end of the world thing, I wondered how on earth they they did it with such efficiency.    :coffee:

Nearest thing I could find for a source of such sensible policy making are the following guidelines:  Shoving a deckchair up your nose will count as a face covering, promote social distancing, and is probably be just as effective as the cheap manky mask stuff flooding the market.  If the Covid Nazis get you post curfew at 22:01, just pretend your name is Keith.  It won't be long before you do have to bury all your clothes following that flight that they said was safe yesterday.

As ever, other research into government policy making welcome  ;D
