1000 hours if you go in the mean Yorkshire Dales cave! I think that section was more to reassure people that's it's something to be aware of but not a massive issue (unless you're working underground or seriously digging)

These comments remind me of the early 19th century fears that the rapidly decreasing cost of paper printing, and the new (pulp) fictions that came about, would rot people minds and turn them to suicide and degeneracy. It turned out alright.
