Can anyone advise me on some good grade 1 and 2 horizontal caves suitable for complete novices around the Derby Dales or the Mendips? I've been asked to take a group of 4-6 lads who've never been caving so looking at introducing them to some interesting, varied systems!  No ladder or SRT work...

Hi All, Has anyone used the Rock Empire Spelio harness?  I've just got one and am having trouble adjusting it to fit properly. It says one size fits all, but at 15 stone (big boned) perhaps I fall outside the "all"? Maybe I need to accept the fact I'm the guy pottering around the chambers...
