Since this is Idle Chat I assume it's OK to post things totally unrelated to caving. I know there are some knowledgeable people here. The power button on my eReader has disintegrated, but somebody has created a replacement that can be 3D printed and made the files publicly available. It's only tiny, not much more than 2cm long. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6831066

One day I would like to get into 3D printing but I don't have time at the moment - I'm sure there will be places that will print that and post it to me, but Google is only finding commercial providers who are set up to do the design and modelling or print hundreds. Can anyone recommend a 3D printing company that will just do a small one-off?

best place for this is: https://www.fiverr.com and search for (3D Printing UK).
I use Fivver all the time for many things not just in life but in business and it's amazing 100% recommend it.

Sounds like you’re sorted but if anyone else needs 3D printing from mundane to exotic materials I’ve used Protolabs for years. They do a good service and turnaround. No I don’t have any commercial interest!

Hi @ChrisB - I can print this model for you for free if you can arrange for postage from Coventry or arrange for collecting the part in person.
