A missed opportunity?

I wonder if it would have been a memorable experience if you happened to be in the Bull i' th' Thorn on the A515 Ashbourne - Buxton road (not very far from the Orpheus hut) just before the recent snow?

There was a bunch of students and truckers got stuck at the Jug and Glass during the worst of the snow! Wonder if they managed to drink the place dry.....

They probably did and then miraculously managed to extricate themsleves when the booze was all gone!
