This might be a bit of a long shot but here goes.

Several years ago (let's say it was 2016 for the sake of argument) I was on a course in Ross-on-Wye at The Leadership Trust. As part of that course I tried out caving for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and mentioned to the instructors that I'd definitely be doing more.

I'm hoping this message finds them - because I have indeed done more - and I wanted to say thanks again for introducing me to a new world.

There's a virtual beer for you somewhere.

He managed to get a very large, claustrophobic friend down Sidcot Swallet :clap: after he had initially almost bailed out at the main entrance to Goatchurch o_O
